Refund policy

At Cleanzo, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

📌 You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special or personalized orders), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also do not accept returns in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor color or design differences due to lighting or screen display
  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Delivery failed due to customer unavailability

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the required item.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Please ensure you are available to receive your order
  • Orders refused or not accepted at delivery are not eligible for refund or re-shipping
  • Re-orders may require prepaid confirmation

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued via:

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
  • Bank transfer or UPI (for COD orders)

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
